r1 construction ltd. was started by owner/operator, rick cairns. With over 20 years in the industry, his quality workmanship and passion for excellence drive him to succeed.
R1 Construction specializes in building multi unit residences, as well as custom homes. Since the birth of the company in 2016, the crew has grown with hardworking carpenters, and also the addition of our CAT telehandler (zoom boom) and tower cranes.
